The Connecticut Health Foundation, the state’s largest independent, nonprofit grantmaking foundation dedicated to improving health through systemic change and program innovation, wanted a website that would grab potential grantees. It also wanted to provide its board members and advisory committee members with the tools to communicate internally.

SOLUTION: 
Embolden created a site architecture and user interface that beautifully showcased the work the Connecticut Health Foundation is doing to improve access to children’s mental health services, reduce racial and ethnic health disparities and expand access to oral health services. We provided high-level consulting on enews capabilities and search engine optimization to ensure the word would get out and built an intranet for board and advisory committee members to help them manage the organization.

The Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island’s website needed freshening and did not reflect the branding on its print materials. As a growing, highly rated health plan, the organization needed a more vibrant website that it could quickly update.
