Embolden Develops Online Presence for ADVO Summerwind Performing Arts Center, New England's Newest Outdoor Entertainment Venue

Wynton Marsalis, The Hartford Symphony Orchestra and “doo-wop” veteran Ben E. King are part of a world-class summer music series featured on Embolden Design’s new website for ADVO SummerWind Performing Arts Center, a new Connecticut-based entertainment venue.

The recently launched site promotes SummerWind’s high-caliber 2003 concert series, enables concertgoers to purchase tickets, engages media through a designated “press room,” escorts users on a 360-degree visual tour of the space and educates individuals and corporations on how to support the nonprofit venue.

“In only two seasons, SummerWind has emerged as a major regional attraction and, therefore, deserved to be supported by a strong web presence,” remarked Ann-Marie Harrington, President of Embolden Design. “The site is quite effective at communicating the grace and panache that SummerWind strives for, so when we created the site, we simultaneously created excitement.”

Located on 10 landscaped acres in Windsor, CT, SummerWind offers a diverse blend of world-class talent from classical symphony orchestras to Pop, Blues, Folk, Jazz, R&B and Cajun Zydeco. It features a relaxing outdoor setting, spacious seating accommodations for 1,500 under a state-of-the-art tension structure (tent) and lawn seating for an additional 3,500.
