A globally recognized research organization, New England Research Institutes (NERI) delivers customized research and clinical trial solutions to private companies and public-sector organizations. Its goal in engaging Embolden was to clarify its five key research areas and the broad range of capabilities it offers: project and trial management, site selection, and data collection/organization, among them. Embolden created a more usable interface and better organization for NERI's products and publications, as well as enhanced the site's careers section, both in terms of structure and layout of the job details page. This enhancement makes it easier for NERI's human resources department to maintain and manage the multiple openings they have at any given time.
Embolden consulted with NERI about the strategic reorganization of its navigation, specifically setting its research areas apart from other site content. CMS advanced user interface controls enabled single-page layouts, augmented with case studies, for each of NERI’s research areas. For the site's products area, Embolden proposed and created a browsing interface that allowed users to view products by type or topic area.
