We at Embolden are normally behind-the-scenes  folks, the ones who develop online communications strategies, design websites, and create special applications. We’re not used to being in front of the cameras, as it were.

But a few months ago, a talented and delightful production crew took over Embolden’s offices in a Pawtucket mill building to shoot a commercial for Bank Rhode Island. We’re long-time customers of the bank and are always talking up how responsive and helpful the bank is…and how it really knows our business.

How many small businesses know which person at their bank is in charge of their account? We do. Try that kind of personalized service at one of those big banks.

So, when the bank asked if we, or more specifically Ann-Marie, wouldn’t mind putting all that on tape, we said “sure!”

And now the commercial is airing (you may have caught a few print ads as well). It not only features Ann-Marie, but some other real-live Embolden staff members as well. And if you look really closely…you still won’t see me. I'm on the cutting-room floor. Just the same, I think it’s a wonderful commercial and thought you’d like to check it out…
