When consulting with clients about blogging, one of the first things we ask is: who's going to do the writing -- do you have resources available? Blogging takes time. Blogging requires effort and, when folks get busy, the blog gets set aside. No one ever said "All hands on deck, except for the bloggers!" The sad truth is that the Internet is littered with dead blogs; gone to seed with neglected posts. It's a virtual abandoned lot out there as chronicled in this recent piece in the NY Times: Blogs Falling in an Empty Forest. Have you been neglecting your blog?
